A report in plain words for the deal team, with the technical detail for your advisers. It says what is sound, what is risky, and what it would take to fix. An Expert signs it and answers your questions on a call.
Confidential by default
Only the Expert on the deal sees the code. We never feed it to outside AI tools without permission, and we delete everything when we are done.
